A 'Balance Score' is calculated using a weighted formula: (Number of players with >500 T20 runs and >50 T20 wickets * 0.5) + (Combined batting average of players at #7 and #8 * 0.3) + (Total number of bowling options * 0.2). The analysis primarily uses player statistics from the last 24 months in the relevant format (T20, ODI).
