It then weights these changes based on the role's importance and the length of the prior relationship to generate a forward looking stability rating.

How It Works

The analysis establishes a baseline of a celebrity's current team. It then continuously scans data sources for announcements of representation changes. Each change is logged and contributes to a 12-month rolling 'Team Volatility Index', which flags celebrities with unusual levels of professional churn.

Methodology

Calculates a 12-month 'Team Volatility Index' (TVI). Key role changes are scored: Agent (10 pts), Manager (8 pts), Publicist (7 pts). A 'Longevity' multiplier of 1.5x is applied if the severed relationship was over 5 years. A TVI score above 20 indicates high instability.
